Bio
About me:
Of legal age, Filipina, living in Metro Manila, recently employed in [family business], Catholic, spendthrift cinephile, stingy but voracious reader, music and coffee addict, and self-effacing but verbose fangirl.

About this journal / caveat lector:

(Contains discussions of/references to/links on fan contributions for mature readers/viewers. Oh, and frequent mentions of slash. I am also intensely spoiler-phobic, which is difficult because I live in South East Asia and therefore have different or non-existent TV/film airing/release schedules.)

This mainly functions as my fandom journal, though I don't actively participate in or contribute to communities other than the infrequent burst of inspiration, because LJ-surfing is my hobby while reading is my lifestyle. I have no journal policies (friending, etc.), only yet another warning that my social activity capacity can be very limited at times, and that I've only come out of lurkdom early 2007, so please be patient with my inconsistent habits, and I'd appreciate it if you bring any deficient fannish behavior in my part to my attention. (I don't really talk like this, it's just my polite mental voice, which is different from my writing language. Sorry, my INTP Myers-Briggs type self demands this sort of thing. *grins sheepishly*)

Also, most shared media is free for perusal unless otherwise stated.

Quotes from "Life of Pi" by Yann Martel used in journal.

At moments of wonder, it is easy to avoid small thinking, to entertain thoughts that span the universe, that capture both thunder and tinkle, thick and thin, the near and the far.
